- **A few things we feel that set us apart from other venues is that we allow you to bring in your own food vendors, flowers, linens, decorations etc. So you are able to control the cost of your wedding. We also do not charge per guest. Our rental fee includes all of the tables, chairs, setup of tables and chairs and cleanup after your event so you will know exactly how much your wedding will be before your event. We are present at each and every wedding to insure that your event is flawless.
