Package Includes:
- Ceremony Site: In our beautiful outdoor chapel by the water for your Corpus Christi Wedding.
- State of the art Outdoor sound system with iPod docking station, speakers in the trees and lapel microphone for your officiant.
- Antique church pews where your guest will be seated. For guest count over 150 we setup white chairs for additional guest.
- Use of the fully enclosed, air-conditioned and heated event center and grounds around event center from 10 a.m. till midnight the day of your event
- Use of our Outdoor Pergola Covered Cocktail area with bar.
- Use of the Ranch at San Patricio for your Wedding Rehearsal 1 to 2 hours (time and day to depend on other events scheduled)
- Access to Ranch for Bridal Photos, engagement photos and wedding photos
- Brown Chivari Chairs with Damask cushions for up to 300
- 60” round tables for reception
- Table and chair setup per your design for your reception.
- We clean up after reception no extra charge (all food clean up to be done by caterer)
- 6' and 8' long Rectangular serving tables
- Head table, cake table, registration table
- Use of two bars to serve beer and wine
- DJ or Band area setup.
- Private bridal Dressing Suite with private restroom
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Fully Air Conditioned restrooms for the comfort of your guests
- Plan "B" in the event of Rain on your Wedding Day
- Free parking
- Parking attendants
- You can use any insured Catering Company for your food and Alcohol
First Meeting at the Ranch at San Patricio to visit and walk through the ceremony and reception venue to determine layout and design selection.
Second Meeting 3 weeks before wedding to discuss last minute ceremony and reception details.

- Any catering-food, plates, flatware etc.
- Beverages including Beer or Wine
- Security
- Linens or chair covers
- Decorations or flowers
- Band or DJ
